Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

For oversized or heavy items, an additional handling fee may be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
How Long Will It Take?
Your total delivery time = order processing time + transit time.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days after your order ships.
- Estimated total: 6–10 business days from the date of purchase under normal circumstances.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
About Delays and Unexpected Issues
We pack every order carefully, but once a package is in the hands of the carrier, there are things outside our control — weather delays, transit disruptions, or occasionally a package that arrives damaged or goes missing.
If any of these happen to your order, please don't stress. Reach out to us at support@kermu.com and our team will work through it with you. We want your piece to arrive in good shape, and if it doesn't, we'll figure out a fair solution together.
