We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@kermu.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will respond within 1–2 business days with confirmation and next steps.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your current order for a refund and placing a new order for the piece you want. This is the fastest way to get the right item without unnecessary delays.
Return Shipping — Who Pays?
This depends on why the item is being returned:

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item:
We cover the return shipping cost. Please email us with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Once the return is received, we'll refund the full order amount — including the original shipping fee — back to your original payment method. -
If you're returning for a personal reason (changed your mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake, etc.):
Return shipping is your responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we can't confirm receipt without tracking. The refund will cover the item price only; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the outer packaging
We'll take care of it promptly — either a full refund or a replacement, depending on what works best for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
